• Under Mukhyamantri Karamchari Swasthya Bima Yojana, Madhya Pradesh Retired Employees, Retired Employees/Senior Executives are provided with Medical Insurance of Rs 5,000 for treatment of common diseases and Medical Insurance of up to Rs 10,000 for treatment of major diseases.
• Free treatment or distribution of free medicines up to Rs 10,000 per year in the form of outpatient OPD is provided under the Health Insurance Scheme for Chief Minister’s employees.
• The Cabinet approved the Government of India’s One Stop Center Scheme, with 100 per cent support from the Women and Child Development Department, to be operated and maintained continuously in 51 districts across the state. The creation of 560 new jobs was also approved for this.
