AHCCS for migrant workers/urban poor
During the current situation and threat of COVID-19, the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India wishes to help the migrant workers/urban poor. To this end, the authorities have decided to provide affordable rental housing complexes. For this new program of ARHCS, the primary target group is migrants, urban poor in the industrial sector, service industries, manufacturing sectors, institutions, associations, etc. To provide the housing complexes, the authorities will use the existing housing stock (JNNURM/RAY ) and private/public entities will be used build new houses.

Goal of the CLAP portal
The following are the goals of the design, development and implementation of CLAP:-
- Performing Aadhaar validation and deduplication of application forms before subsidy application upload.
- It generates a unique application ID for each record.
- Beneficiary tracking system to track application status e.g. B. CLSS tracker
- Beneficiaries receive SMS notifications to the borrower and co-borrowers about the status of their application.
- It was designed to process records individually to avoid brawls and payment delays.

To track the application status, you need to follow the simple steps given below:-

- Once you click the link, you will land on the Clap portal official homepage.
- On the homepage you need to scroll down and land on the option of clss tracker
- Enter your application number in the field provided below.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP.
- Click Get Status
- The status will be displayed on your screen.

To calculate your subsidy you need to follow the following simple steps:-

Procedure for filing a complaint
- To file a complaint, you need to go to the official website
- Click on the Complaint option.

- Fill out the registration form and register first
- Sign in to the portal with your login ID and password
- Go to the Complaint option again and select “File a Public Complaint”.

You don’t have to go to the bank to check the status of your application now. There are the following five phases built into the class tracker:
