Previous progress of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

Through this scheme, the government provides a grant of up to Rs 2.67 lakh for the construction of a house. To date, 1.29 million homes have been built through the Awas Yojana List. In the first phase of this program, the goal was set to build approximately 1 crore Pucca homes. Among which 91.22 lakh Pucca houses were built. Rs 1.13 lakh crore was spent on it.

The second phase of this program set the goal of building 1.23 billion Pucca homes. Among which 91.93 lakh Pucca houses were built. 72000 crore rupees was spent by the government to build these houses. Aim of the municipal housing program PM

PM Awas Yojana List: PMAY related announcements under 2022-23 budget

On 1 February 2022, while announcing the 2022 budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that the construction of 80 lakh houses under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana will be completed in 2022-23. An amount of Rs 48,000 crore has been approved for this by the Government. It was also informed by the Minister of Finance that for the successful implementation of this program, both the central and state governments will implement this program together.

• Under this program, all states are encouraged to adopt the unique land parcel identifier. So that all records can be better managed. Land registers are translated into 8 languages. The program was launched on June 25, 2015. Through this program, it was started with the goal of providing every citizen of the country with their own home.
• Under Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, 33.99 thousand houses have been built and 26.20 thousand houses have been completed by November 25. 14.56 houses have been built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban and 4.49 lakh houses have been built so far in 2022.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2022 Bihar goal

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was established to provide homes to all homeless citizens by the year 2022. A target is set each year under the PMAY list. Homes are built with this goal in mind. For the year 2022, Bihar has been set a target to provide a maximum number of houses under this program. This goal is to build 11 lakh 49,000 947 houses. This information was given by Minister of Rural Development Shravan Kumar. Now ₹120000 will be made available to poor homeless eligible citizens of Bihar as grant amount to build Pucca houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

Apart from that, a grant amount of Rs 130000 will be provided in 11 insurgency-affected IAP districts. This amount is provided 60% by the federal government and 40% by the state. Apart from that, it has also been informed by the Minister for Rural Development that there is a permanent waiting list under this scheme. All families on this waiting list have been provided with accommodation in Bihar.

PM Awas Yojana List: Target achieved so far in Bihar under the program

A survey was conducted in Bihar under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. According to this survey, approximately 32,000,570,990 such families were found whose names were not on the permanent waiting list. The list of all these families was sent to the central government’s Housing App Plus after 3 years. Of all these families, 30,000,81,494 families were found eligible and 1,000,53,847 families were found ineligible. This year’s goal was set taking into account the families registered with Housing App Plus. Soon all districts of Bihar will also be assigned separate targets by the department.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List 2022

Beneficiaries whose names are included in the Awas Yojana list will receive a subsidy from the central government at interest rates ranging from 2.35 lakh to 2.50 lakh for the first-time home purchase. The program will provide a loan of up to 6 lakhs for a period of 20 years for the economically vulnerable sections and low-income groups, and a grant of 6.50 per cent, i.e. H. 2.67 lakhs, is granted on the loan payable under PMAY. PM Awas Yojana List: 75000 beneficiaries from 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh benefited from the program

PM Awas Yojana List: UP Housing Scheme January 2022 Update

UP ranked number one under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

The Prime Minister also informed that in 2017 Uttar Pradesh ranked 27th in implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and now Uttar Pradesh ranks first in implementation of this program. Mirzapur Municipality and Malihabad Nagar Panchayat are number one nationwide under this program. It was also informed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that more than 16.82 lakh people in urban areas and more than 23 lakh people in rural areas have received the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

• The benefits of this program have been made available to all citizens through honest voting. A grant of Rs 2.5 lakh will be provided under this scheme. Of this, 1.5 lakh is provided by the central government and 1 lakh by the state government.
• Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Rs.50,000 is provided as the first installment, Rs.1.5 lakh is provided as the second installment.
• The third installment is 50,000 rupees. Anyone who does not own a home and whose annual income is less than ₹300000 can apply under this program.

PM Awas Yojana List: Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Bribery free

It was also informed by the Chief Minister that the application process under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is completely free of bribery. If an officer is asking you for money, you can complain to your MLA, MP, Chief Minister Helpline or IVRS. The person asking for bribes will have all their property confiscated by the government. The Prime Minister has also appealed to MPs to conduct a weekly review of houses being built under Prime Minister Awas Yojana. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2022 geotagged

Geo-tagging feature is provided at PM Awas Yojana. The government is launching a special campaign for this. Collector Ravindra Kumar Chaudhary has advised that all complaints registered with the CM hotline will be resolved by November 30th. The Collector also ensures that the process of Aadhaar seeding is also completed at the earliest. The Collector has given instructions to complete the Aadhaar seeding of all beneficiaries in 3 days. Strict action will be taken against all those PCOs and Secretaries who are negligent in the work of Aadhaar Seeding.

• During the portal update in August and October, the names of some beneficiaries were deleted due to incomplete documentation.
• All beneficiaries who have not uploaded their full documents should upload the full documents as soon as possible.
• The documents should be checked by the officials and the benefits of the system provided. The collector has given instructions to all district secretaries and city offices that this work should be completed at the earliest.

Income category under Awas Yojana List

Under the housing program, loans are given to three groups of people. This category is determined according to the annual income of the persons. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, loans are given to people belonging to economically disadvantaged, low-income and middle-income groups. People often wonder which category we fall into.
