The main goal of State Bank of India (SBI) in developing SBI Pension Seva Portal is to provide their pensioners with various types of pension related information through an online medium. Procedure for Registering on the SBI Pension Seva Portal

  • First you need to go to the official website of SBI Pension Seva.
  • After that, the home page of the website will open in front of you.
  • On the home page of the site you need to click on the option to register.
  • Now a new page will open in front of you.
  • A form will appear on this page. On which you must carefully read and enter all the information requested.
  • After that, you need to click on the Next button.
  • Now you have to enter and confirm the new password.
  • This is followed by a selection of two security questions for future reference. If you forget your password in the future, you’ll need these questions to reset it.
  • Now a link will be sent to your registered email id. After clicking this link, you will be taken to the SBI Pension Service login page.

Procedure for the Submission of Complaints by Retirees Concerning SBI Pension Services
  • If a pensioner is not satisfied with SBI Pension Seva and wishes to make a complaint, they can email their complaint to Support.pensionseva@sbi.co.in.
  • Apart from that, you can also register your complaint by texting “UNHAPPY” to 8008202020.
  • Complaints can also be made by calling customer service number 18004253800/1800112211 or 080-26599990.
