Various systems were operated under Shram Kalyan Yojana
- Educational Scholarship Scheme – Two children of laborers working in industrial institutions and factories are provided with financial assistance of ₹1000 to ₹20000 through this program. Financial assistance of Rs 1000 under this program from fifth to eighth grade, Rs 1200 for Students in grades 9 to 12, Rs 1500 for students pursuing graduate, ITI, Polytechnic, PGDCA and DCA courses, Rs 1500 for graduate students ₹3000 female students, ₹10,000 for students pursuing studying in BE, and ₹20,000 for students studying in MBBS is provided under the program.
- Shiksha Protsahan Puraskar Yojana – Through this program 75% of the grades in 10th and 12th grades of the MP Board, 85% of the grades in the CBSE exam and 70% of the grades in the graduation, post-graduation and BE exam in higher education and 60% in the MBBS exam Financial aid between ₹1500 and ₹25000 will be made available to the students who get more points.
- Stationery Grant Scheme – Copies are distributed at preferential rates under the Stationery Grant Scheme. Under this program, 10 copies and 10 registers will be made available to the children of eligible workers upon deposit of the prescribed subsidized amount.
- Marriage Assistance Program – This program provides financial assistance of ₹15000 per marriage to the workers’ two daughters. In order to benefit from the Marriage Support Scheme, this support is granted after applying on the day of marriage in the pre-established format.
- Funeral Assistance Program – Under the Funeral Assistance Program, the department provides ₹6000 in financial assistance for the worker’s last rites. In order to be able to provide this assistance, the application must be made within 1 year of the date of death.
- Kalyani Sahayata Yojana – If the beneficiary dies from illness or accident, in that case his spouse will receive ₹12,000 financial assistance after applying in the prescribed format within one year from the date of death. This financial support will be granted in two installments at the end of June and December. The amount of financial support is paid directly to the beneficiary’s account.
- Gratitude Assistance Scheme – If the worker falls ill with an illness or dies as a result of an accident, the worker in that situation is provided financial assistance ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 under the Gratitude Assistance Scheme. In the event of illness, the presentation of a doctor’s prescription and at least 24 hours’ admission and discharge confirmation in the hospital are mandatory.
- Uttam Shramik Award Scheme – Under this scheme, an amount of ₹15000 is awarded as a prize to the best worker. The selection of the workforce is made on the recommendation of the committee with the consent of the honorable chairman on the proposal of the welfare commission.
- Shramik Sahitya Puraskar Yojana – Under this program, workers receive a prize of ₹5000 and a mention. A memento will also be provided. Under Shramik Sahayata Puraskar Yojana, the selection is made on the recommendation of the Selection Committee with the approval of the Honorable Chairman on the proposal of the Welfare Commissioner.
- Computer Testing Program – Through the Computer Training Program, 50% of the total expenditure or ₹8000, whichever is less, is allocated to computer training for workers’ children. In order to receive this amount, the beneficiary must submit an application in the prescribed format.
- Assistance Scheme for Higher Education Abroad – The Assistance Scheme for Higher Education Abroad provides children of workers with an actual tuition or living allowance of US$40,000 (maximum US$10,000) to continue their education abroad.
