Prime Minister Udyami Shakti Yojana 2022
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will establish Mukhyamantri Udyami Shakti Yojana in 2022 to promote the empowerment of women in his state. The Women’s and Children’s Development Department has fully prepared this program. Which are now being submitted for Cabinet approval for implementation in the state.
This program is implemented by the government through Prime Minister Nari Samman Kosh. Currently there is 108 crore rupees in the Nari Samman Kosh. Under this program, rural and urban women’s self-help groups and entrepreneurs receive a subsidy at 2% interest on taking out a bank loan for economic activities. Apart from that, loans are also provided for activities like capacity development, product promotion. This loan has to be repaid in 6 installments in one year. The Shakti Portal is being developed to oversee the operation of Mukhymantri Udyam Shakti Yojana 2022.
Project management units are formed in the country
As part of the Urban and Rural Livelihood Mission, Project Management Units are being formed to smoothly operate the Chief Minister’s Enterprise Power Scheme 2022. These units will pack and brand the products according to market demand with high quality. The proposal for the marketing activities of the project management unit to be formed is submitted to the body through the department. Loans at 2% interest are only made available to those licensed in these units. Aside from that, 2 percent interest rebate is also provided on loans received under programs related to other female beneficiaries of that program.

Because there are many women in Madhya Pradesh who are excluded from economic activities due to financial constraints.
