ONGC Scholarship 2021
Scholarships under the ONGC Scholarship are the ONGC Endowment Scholarship for Economically Disabled General Categories, the ONGC Endowment Scholarship Program for OBC Category Students, and the ONGC Endowment Scholarship for Meritorious SC/ST Students. Applicants are paid Rs.48000/- each year. The scholarship is awarded to students who are completing extra-occupational courses. The aim of the ONGC Foundation is to support students financially. Under this program, the selected 2000 candidates are awarded, of which 500 are from the economically weaker general category, 500 are students from the OBC category, and the remaining 1000 are scholarships for the SC/ST category. 50% of the scholarship is reserved for girls.

- You do not have to apply for the scholarship for any of the courses beforehand
- The applicant must be studying for a regular full-time course in order to apply for the scholarship.

Applicants are selected by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) Foundation on the basis of the overall grades obtained in the proficiency test required for each eligible course. Students from families below the poverty line (PPL) are given preference.

ONGC Scholarship Application Process 2021
- Applicants must complete the online application form through the website
- https://www.ongcscholar.org/.
- Open the official website and from the homepage,
- You need to click on the “Apply Scholarship” option
- Now click on “ONGC Scholarship for OBC Category UG- 2019-2020” or “ONGC Scholarship for OBC Category PG- 2019-2020” or “ONGC Scholarship for General Category UG- 2019-2020” or “ONGC Scholarship for General Category PG-2019-2020” or “ONGC Scholarship for Meritorious SC/ST Category”
- Now read the instructions and check the box
- Click on the apply option and fill out the application form
- First, provide basic details and click Next
- Now enter your address data and click on Next
- Then enter the qualification details and click Next
- Now enter the financial information and click Next
- Enter your bank details and click Next
- Finally, upload the scanned documents to the form mentioned
- Submit the application by clicking the submit option after reviewing the details
- Must take the printout of the application form with you for further use
- You must send the hard copy of the application form along with the document to the appropriate office of ONGC according to the details provided in the application format.
Procedure to Apply Offline for ONGC Scholarship 2021
Applicants can apply for the Meritorious SC/ST Scholarship category in offline mode:
- Download the application form from the official website
- Print out the form and fill out the application form with the required information
- Now you need to attach the passport photo with it
- Attach the copy of the above documents to the form
